Ghana’s coach Otto Addo has left out captain Jordan Ayew and midfielder Mohammed Kudus from the 22-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies against Japan and South Korea.
Kudus is nursing an injury and will remain in England, while there’s no official confirmation on Jordan Ayew’s absence.
New faces have been called up, including Prince Kwabena Adu, Kelvin Nkrumah, and Prince Osei Owusu.
Left-back Derrick Kohn is also eligible to make his debut after completing his nationality switch through FIFA.
The friendlies, scheduled for November 14 and 18, will serve as preparations for Ghana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign.
