The MILO U-13 Champions League is back after a five-year break, and it’s going to be bigger and better! The tournament, organized by Nestlé Ghana in partnership with the Ghana Education Service and endorsed by the Ghana Football Association, will feature over 100,000 schoolchildren from all 16 regions competing in a three-phase structure: District, Zonal, and National Finals.
Tournament Details:
– National Finals: December 2-6, 2025, at Paa Joe Stadium (KNUST) in Kumasi
– Age Group: 9-13 years old
– Ambassadors: André “Dede” Ayew and Stephen Appiah
– Trophy: Donated by Ghanaian football legend Abedi “Pelé” Ayew
Objectives:
– Uncover young football talent
– Promote essential life skills like teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle
– Provide a platform for young players to showcase their skills
The tournament has a proven track record of developing elite talent, with past participants like Abdul Majeed Waris, Fatawu Issahaku, and Kelvin Nkrumah going on to shine on the international stage.
