Waldemar Anton pulled one back for Dortmund in the 72nd minute, but it wasn’t enough to change the outcome .
Foden’s performance was particularly impressive, with Pep Guardiola praising his “inspirational, creative best”. Haaland’s goal was his 18th of the season, and he continues to be a threat for City.
The win takes City to fourth in the Champions League table with 10 points from four games .
