Nigeria has finally ended Ghana’s dominance in basketball! In a thrilling match, Nigeria edged Ghana 52-48 in the opening game, setting the tone for their historic run. They then went on to defeat Liberia 47-44 and China 114-37 in the final game, securing their championship title.
The 5th edition of the Africa Basketball Festival, which took place in Accra, featured five participating countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, China, and Lebanon. The event attracted over 5,000 attendees and showcased high-energy basketball, music, and fashion.
