Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Chisha Kasanda join Dr Ama Kutin for ‘Glory 2025’
US-based Ghanaian gospel musician and Seven7 Africa signee, Dr Ama Kutin, is set to headline her first major concert in Ghana with the much-anticipated ‘Glory 2025’ event scheduled for Saturday, September 20, at the Wesley Towers Ridge in Accra.
The concert, beginning at 5pm, promises an evening of worship, praise, and spiritual encounter, bringing together some of the country’s most celebrated gospel artistes alongside international performers.
Sharing her vision ahead of the event, Dr Kutin said, “Glory Concert is not just about music; it’s about creating an atmosphere where hearts are turned toward God in gratitude and surrender. This year, we are inviting everyone to come and experience God’s glory freshly.”
The power-packed night will feature Daughters of Glorious Jesus, The Choir GH from Kumasi, Alexandrah, and Julia. A major highlight will be a cross-border collaboration between Dr Kutin and Zambian gospel singer Chisha Kasanda, which organisers say will showcase the unifying power of gospel music across Africa.
‘Glory 2025’ follows the success of Dr Kutin’s debut project, The Journey, released in February 2023. The album, which included hit singles such as Eye Adom (By His Grace), earned her two nominations at the Ghana Music Awards USA for New Artist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.
Organised by Seven7 Africa, the concert is expected to attract worshippers, faith groups, and gospel enthusiasts from across the capital and beyond.
Aside from her blossoming music career, Dr Ama Kutin is also a practising Doctor of Physical Therapy in the United States. She has positioned herself as one of the emerging voices redefining Ghanaian gospel music on the international stage, with collaborations including a feature with celebrated gospel musician Koda.
The organisers say the event will provide a “Holy Spirit-filled, entertaining, and transformational” experience, designed to inspire worshippers and strengthen Ghana’s gospel music landscape.
